I didn't know. Obviously I hadn't Wikipedia'd him yet. I learned this sitting at a bar tonight, and made the guy next to me prove it by looking it up on his Blackberry Storm (convenient pun). It sort of blew my mind. M.C. feels so alive today-or his work does? Okay, it wasn't that long ago that he died, but still.
At any rate, I will delve into this more when I edit this post tomorrow. But I thought you might want to know.

My working group was discussing this!! The back cover is easily missed and I had to have it brought to my attention that he is no longer alive. Its actually pretty amazing to think that the book wasn't JUST written because his work dies feel so alive.
