Nutrition of Britney or well Im trying

Thursday March 4th
8:30am- Honey Nut cheerios and skim milk
• 1 bowl
• I ate it in the dining hall at centennial
• I choose this particular cereal because it is less calories than the others in the dining hall
8:55am- Plain yogurt with granola
• 1 small bowl
• Also eaten in the dining hall
• I usually eat some yogurt because of the nutrition aspects and the granola just makes it easier to eat because yogurt doesn’t appeal for me alone
12:00pm- salad with ranch dressing, cheese, and cucumbers
• A small plate
• Dining hall
• I choose the salad for the nutrition that vegetables give. I was light on the dressing and on the cheese because that has more calories and fat.
12:15pm- Trixs with skim milk
• 1 bowl
• I also ate it in the dining hall
• I choose this because it took my attention with the bright colors and it is what I really wanted to eat and calorie consistence went out the window
12:30pm- two sugar cookies
• In the dining hall
• This I choose because every time I passed them I just wanted one so finally my will power caved and there I went
2:00pm- Starbucks dark cherry mocha
• Grande
• In starbucks
• Met up with a friend for some coffee and the guy at starbucks put up a very persuading argument about trying something new

7:00pm- Chicken wrap
• 1 of the halves and half of the other halves
• Chilis
• I choose this because if I took the avocado out and some of the cheese it would be under 750 calories so it would be a better choice
Lots of water all day. I drink at least 6-8 water bottles full throughout any given day
Friday March 5
10:00am- Raisin bran cereal with fat free milk
• 1 small bowl
• At the mayo clinic
• It was what appealed to me after over 9 hours of not eating because of blood tests in the morning so I gave in.
11:45am- Carmel popcorn
• About half the bag
• Still at mayo
• It was a snack before my appointment because eating lunch was too early
8:00pm- Veggie Pizza
• 5 small slices
• Campus Pizza
• Out to dinner with my mom and boyfriends family at a pizza place so It seems like an oblivious idea

10pm-1:00am- Candy of all sorts- rips, hot tomalies, juji bees, and hard candy
• A bunch
• In my hotel room
• We are around the hotel hanging out as a girls night so we were having fun and treating ourself to some sweets
Lots of water about 6 bottles
Saturday March 6
9:00am- Special K cereal and fat free milk
• 1 bowl
• At my hotel
• It had less calories and I wanted to try something new
9:15am- toast with peanut butter
• 1 slice
• At my hotel
• Needed something to stick with me through the day
11:00am- fiber ones bar
• 2 bars
• At the drumline competiton
• Was getting hungry and needed something to keep me going and that’s what was in my purse
1:40pm- Walking taco
• Doritos bag
• At a drum line competition that I was volunteering at
• I didn’t have much time to eat and was really hungry so I got something I could eat fast and get back to doing what I was doing
5:00pm- potatoes and sausage
• About a plate full
• At my hotel
• My mom and I had a stove and thought we would make something to eat for fun and its one of my favorites and fairly healthy
7:00pm- popcorn
• 2 small bags
• In my hotel
• Is a smart pop popcorn that has some health in it and less calories but it is sweet and fills the stomach
7:30pm- candy of various types
• 1 cup
• In the hotel
• It was here from last night and very addictive so it’s extremely hard to pass up
8:00pm- fiber one bar
• 1 bar
• In the hotel
• Needed something sweet that wasn’t going to keep eating empty calories
9:30pm- vitamin water
• 1 bottle
• In the hotel
• Needed a new taste got sick of water and it only had 10 calories.
